The Seller warrants that (1) the Seller could be the legal owner in the Motor vehicle; (two) the Auto is free from all liens and encumbrances; (3) the Seller has total proper and authority to sell and transfer the Motor vehicle; and (four) the Seller will warrant and defend the title in the Vehicle versus any and all promises and needs of all folks
